REQ: New search filter for duplicate entries

Lately, when i'm searching for files, i sometimes see loads of files with the same name, ip, and filesize in my search window...
It would be great if all these files were filtered, and keep only one of them, to display.. Thanks!

.vbs files appear by default... kind of a waste as well
