qtella system tray docking icon I just downloaded the newest version of qtella. It has this new docking icon that I suppose is for the system tray in KDE. This is annoying for people not using a window manager with a docking area, and I was wondering if anyone knows how to turn it off? |
its probably in .kde folder somewhere, try moving it out (not delete yet) and see if that works. |
It's in the general tab in the sonfiguration submenu... Look in the on Exit field |
Nah, this is a docking icon that stays there no matter what I do. It's just floating there because it has nowhere to dock, but if I uncheck the box you specified, it's still there when the program is running. |
recompile after configuring with the --without-kde (I think that's it, make sure you do a ./configure --help to make sure) option on the configure script. That should take care of it. |
Yeah, that worked. Thanks! |
