Running QTella 0.6.1

Does QTella 0.6.1 runs behind a proxy server ?
Because i get a connection error whenever i try to connect to some host.
I use qtella 0.6.1 on redhat linux7.3/kde 3/qt3.0.2 on x86 .

The above is the error message which i am getting when i try to run QTella 0.6.1
