Angry not impressed

so far this site is as bad as Kazaa and limewire, I have clicked on 50 downloads and have received about 10 so far in 1 week. This is a waste of time.

They use the same network. Of course there is little difference. Remeber it is most often on the uploading side that connections don't go through. Most people you will be downloading from are not going to be using any particular Gnutella servent. Because of thet, no one program is going to have a drastic positive effect. (It doesn't take much for a servent to flood the network though...)

Talking easiest site there is

I'm guessing that you don't have cable modem. Since all (or almost all of the bugs) have been worked out, I don't have ANY problems with this site. GO XOLOX!!!!!98% of all of the files I select to download, do so in a matter of minutes, with one connect, unless there is a problem with the file that I am downloading from. Keep working with it. Have you got 1.32, 388? Try that and see where you get. Since I have downloaded the newer version, it's RARE that I have any problems

The only way to fix that is to make convince all those freeloaders out there to stop being freeloaders. Xolox has a few things in it to help, but that has very little impact. This is more of a social reform.

Exclamation stop moaning

this is by far the best p2p app around, its your own prob if you have a slow connection. If your too cheap to pay for broadband that is hardly gnut's fault.

i agree with others that 388 seems to have made all the difference. i download every (mostly music) file i select although i've a dialup connection so it all takes time. my only problem seems to be with my isp which regularly cuts me off and i think prompts occasional xolox error messages, but now i just close the message and downloading continues as before.
