Xolox (Cross-platform) can you do it

Xolox is the best it rocks but can you make it (Cross-platforum)

Windows
Macintosh
Linux/Uniux
Java(if nothing else do this one)

and is Xolox open source (if not try to do this it needs to be open source for an open network to work)
