strange file sharing happenings...
 

I've been sharing win xp pro final zip/iso 500megs for about a week now, people been constantly uploading it from me for a week now. "that's all I see in my upload box, 5 win xp u/l's" for the last week and they kick out all other upload attempts for other stuff!

But if you do a search for win xp or windows xp nothing/nobody shows up sharing this file ?!

How many people have gotten the entire file from you? XoloX isn't the only client on the gnutella network, but it's the only one that I know of that (purposely) lets you start uploading partial files. So if the people downloading are using Limewire, BearShare, Gnotella, ToadNode, etc, they wouldn't show the file as shared unless they had the whole thing.

Yea I got a weird problem. The downloads start but then the percentage never changes it says at 00%.

I've seen download percentages go down in the past.

Work that one out! :)

I've seen this too - its not an error - but a feature. Because Xolox can download the same from more than one machine, it can drop one of the parts if it find that it didn't fit anyway. In that case it make sence that download % goes down.

Ive had files reach 100% and the drop to 50%, 75% instead of finishing, what is up with that????
