Sharing more quickly

I have just started using Shareaza. So far it's much better than other P2P's.
If I can suggest, buy increasing your upload bandwidth to max, then others are able to download faster.
As I have been downloading at best, .12MBs, others are uploading at over 1MBs.
Wouldn't it be nice if we all did that?:)
