Shareaza fork and updates

Hi readers!
I'm trying to maintain the Shareaza client with new features, updates to libraries and a better experience in new OSes (with an eye kept on Wine compatibility).

I added support for IPv6 (thanks to Ivan386 for the feature), fixed some issues with PDF and 4K screens, updated libraries and created a native x64 build.

If you want to try the new features and give me some feedback, feel free to download artifacts from https://github.com/ansani/Shareaza/releases
