Thanks Morgwen, you are one of the more level headed moderators here.
The name calling is the "arrogant ignorance" part, which is uncalled for because I have done the research on other clients before and have seen this already, so my comment was based on actual monitoring experience with previous clients. I know what I am talking about, just because I am not "registered" doesn't mean I don't know what I am talking about.
I don't think registering and adding a "title" to a made up screen name makes me any more experienced.
My experience and knowledge may cause some arrogance. And my frustration with all this probably causes some negativity to come out since no one seems to care about anything but how many search results come back to guage a client's abilities.

Also, I know I am not "anon" to the moderators, it says "logged" to the right of each message. I am not blind. However, having a strong opinion, a negative one, or even one that a moderator doesn't like is not a violation of the forum rules is it?
And now moderators are "tracking" users? What's that about?

We don´t track users, this is a vBulletin standard feature... we can ONLY see the IP of the users!

Listen up, 64.24.x.x.x

Have you actually run Shareaza for any sufficient hours to make your comments?
No.
I have.
I am far more than merely capable to casually observe the behaviour of this client...
I await your experienced opinion.
It is well-behaved and well thought out......
I think it is a real 'threat' to some of the established clients.....
Try it for a day or more and then make comment... not suppositions.

You have made comments which are nothing above knee-jerk reactions... Don't get me wrong, I am more than capable of behaving the same way, but this is a semi-public place and there must be some degree of responsibility shown towards others.
This is why your IP is most definitely on the siren-call list for now.
Hopefully you will like to remove it by simply being polite with others and perhaps, on a more personal note, counting to 10.000 before you post :p

I hope this client doesn´t send agressive queries like Qtrax (I read something like this!)... we will see what our experts will discover! :)

Morgwen, check out all of the settings and observe how it handles re-queries.
It is, I see so far, a well behaved client... As I have mentioned before, it is almost too good to be true, so I can understand the scepticism that others may show for it......
But, I will NOT except unfounded and unproven negative comments which blast away at another client, no matter what or whom that client may be.
Gnutella Network is about development and it is foolish in the extreme to permit unwarranted attacks on new clients based solely on supposition and no adequate observed evidence.

If this particular unregisterd 'braiser' wishes to carry on his crusade, there are several established clients which are ripe for the 'roasting'. ;)

And that is your opinion, and a strong one at that, but being a moderator doesn't give you the right to attack my opinion using your "powers" to edit and even delete my posts.
Then you threaten me with some sort of "watch list"? Your power has corrupted you, and should be taken away.
You have only been here (by your registration) a month now, what gives you the right and the knowledge to say I don't know from experience that something's wrong here.
It was a simple comment and you blew up.
I still think your comments are "unfounded and unproven" simple, non technical observations that this client doesn't spam the network to get it's magical results.
Have you monitored packets? Do you even know how to do that? I am not going to do it for you, I would have gotten to it, but not now.
"this is a semi-public place and there must be some degree of responsibility shown towards others."
How about some responsibility shown by people who are given "super moderator" status?
I have not broken any forum rules here, are there any for moderators?

"there are several established clients which are ripe for the 'roasting'" another threat? What is this about?
