hey im new to this whole thing and have had alot to learn of the last few days....Down in the left hand corner where the connection step things are ...mine is never full...it is only the 1st one that is green..normal? and also there is the globe with a brick wall in front which i am guessing is something to do with a fire wall.....how do i fix all this.? also my internet will not let me browse while i am downloading ios this normal? sorry for all the question

You have to tell your firewall to let Shareaza or Frostwire have access to the net, then the brick wall will vanish.
Also check that you only have 1 firewall. More than one may cause problems so if you're using a third party firewall turn off the Windows one.
You may find, as I do, that running P2P slows down other activity such as surfing the net so it's best not to have too much going on simultaneously.:)
