shareaza disconnects itself
 

hi, can anyone help, just the last week shareaza connects then after about 10 mins disconnects completly and stops working, i have allowed shareaza in all my firewall settings etc, but when disconnection happens im told i dont have enough virtual memory?, i have 75% free memory, i have run disk clean up and defraged my comp, anyone have any solutions ??????

ia m on xp system, i have 68% physical ram, 79% page file, and 98 % virtual ram which should be more then sufficient. but als ?????? still no good. thanks kath.

I otice you use AOL, whilst this not apply to your case, AOL can be unreliable. Since they wil rent thru other company owned lines some of which may be anti p2p & block or shape such programs, perhaps only during certain hours of the day such as peak. This may be irrelevant to your issue though. I could only guess the program is stressing the system in its attempts to connect. But as said this may be totally irrelevant/non applicable to your scenario.
