I made the mistake of installing V4 figured out something was fishy and uninstalled it. Shortly after my computer started crashing, I went through the gauntlet of programs (I wont list ive been trying everything possible for 3 days) Eventually found out that the computer only crashes when shareaza is running. Programs slowly start to freeze untill nothing at all will work and the computer has to be shutdown. Is it possible the virus/malware installed by V4 just inst in the definitions yet and wont be picked up by the programs. And whatever its is is activated by running shareaza or do i have another problem entirely?

Get HijackThis, run it and post a report.
Hopefully it's an easy fix.

Nothing really stands out there. Try disabling this one, reboot and test Shareaza again:
