 No. This is what you see when you try to open the security filter with notepad. You don't have to double click on the file, but you have to go to the security window IN SHAREAZA (Key: F7) and IMPORT the file. Open Shareaza. Hit F7 on your keyboard. right-click on the new window that appears. choose "Import" from the context-menu. select the file. hit OK. you are done.
