delete history button won't work I have the latest version of shareaza on my vista laptop and have set the save history to "0" days and hit the delete history button but still when I go to the home page and hit the downward pointing arrow at the end of the search field there's a list of every search term I've ever entered. What am I doing wrong? |
The button in the settings clears only the history list of recently downloaded files. In order to clear the search history on the home tab, click on "(clear search history)" (you can find it by expanding the search box on the home tab and scrolling down at the bottom). mfg, Old |
I have Shareaza 2.5.2.0, and I can find no way to clear search history except to delete the entries from the registry. Do I have a faulty installation or is Shareaza faulty....the button for deleting history does nothing. Its annoying to have to edit the registry to remove these entries. Richard |
Just go to the Home Tab and choose the search history drop down list. The last entry will clear the list... The history deletion feature you probably used is the feature to delete the history of recently downloaded files in your library... |
Thank You Thank You Very Much....I tried to find that but didn't look at the correct search window. Looks like they would have put that in the search window as well. Again Thanks Richard |
Yeah, it should definitively be put in there, too. |
