gets to a sertan amount then reduses

seem to be having a problem with some of the files im downloading they get to about 96/97% then they go down to about 93/94%

That's quite normal behaviour: If Shareaza detects that some downloaded data is corrupt, it automatically redownloads it to prevent your downloaded files from having errors. ;)
