Port TCP 6346

Hi, I need to somehow configure network to forward TCP port 6346 to my local PC to gain access to Gnutella2 on the program Shareaza. Please help. I do not use a router but do have firewall set up. I got as far as inbound access on my firewall rules settings but still not too sure on how to configure this particular setting. Hope to find an answer soon. Arrielita.
