Default Seriously irretating downloads, any solutions??

I started noticing the increasing numbers of programs on Limewire turn out to be corrupted or don't work which you realize once you've downloaded them.

i downloaded a 400Mb file recently and only once i'd downloaded i realized it won't work.

is there anyway of telling whether a file will be corrupt before downloading it, instead of finding out after wasting a lot of time?

Preview the file

Sometimes when I preview something it won't work, so I just kill the download and delete the file from the 'Incomplete Files' folder.

I don't think you can preview programs. I have downloaded to games, the **** and *******. bitzi was right on both of them, ******** was bunk and the **** worked perfect off the bat.

Actually youre not suposed to mention specific filenames read the forum rules
