Default One problem

I´ve a problem. When I push for a search, a warning apearence tell me 10.31.21 is invalid ( I think is te time). Can you tell the solutions???

Follow me:

Start -> Settings -> Control Panel -> Regional Settings -> Time:

Time separator: <- set this to :

AM symbol: <- set this to AM
PM symbol: <- set this to PM
