TechTV only gave Newtella 2 stars out of five. BearShare was the highest with 4, LimeWire got 3, and Gnucleus also got 2. I don't remember the rest.

But I think that is the date that they last updated their list. I don't know when they updated the Newtella information, there is no date on that page. But it must not be very recently.
