Upload-Dowload

First impression - good idea.
Trying out...you can't get anything.
Uploaders should have more priority for downloading. You should get a higher rank if you upload more. Now there are most dudes who are just leeching and make this thing unusable.

Some Clients can block "Freeloaders",
Limewire is one.
