![]() You should have done a forum search. P2P programs are legal, but using them to download copyrighted material is illegal in a lot of countries including america and europe.

The UK is part of the EU: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/EU They still have British Pound as currency though: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/UK This information is easily found - not just at Wikipedia.
