Default Antivirus scan doesn't work

I have Norton system works 2002 and ever since i installed Xolox I haven't been able to do a full antivirus system scan. It hangs on a Xolox folder in my Temp folder and gives me an invalid page fault. Anybody else having this problem?

This is most likely an issue with Norton opening files that Xolox is using at the moment. Alternatly you could have downloaded a virus that targets Norton. (but not as likely)

Thanks for the reply,I thought about a virus but I ran The Trend Micro online scan and it was ok,I tried to run the Panda but it would hang until I shut down just about all my background programs and I got it to complete.Norton has a on line scan now I ran it.The file it hangs on when I do a Virus scan with my Norton AV is temp/Xolox/preview.

That is a file directory, where Xolox puts the copies of files so they can be previewed. There may be a specific file there that is causing Norton to crash. (messes up some algorithm or somthing of the sort) You can try cleaning up that directory, so only files that you actually are downloading (not finished nor aborted) are in there.
