No Scroll Bar Bug in FAQ

In 1.5, there are no scroll bars in the FAQ window. Clicking on the text and using the cursor keys does not work either. Only by highlighting and dragging with the cursor can I move the page up and down.

That said, 1.5 is much improved! Nice work.

I am using XP Professional (all patched up) and IE 6.0.
