Default Bad behavior of file name

I'm not sure of the right words to use, so I'll just over describe this:

On the Files screen, if you click on a file name so that is highlighted and continue holding the mouse over the filename, a white-filled box appears with the filename in it when the filename is wider than the column width.

Occasionally, this white box will not disappear when the mouse is moved away. In fact, this white box will stay on the screen even if Xolox is minimized. The only way I have found to get the white box to go away is to halt Xolox. This white box "floats" over all other windows.

I'm now using 1.41 b510, Windows XP, no service pack, 512 MB memory. I have seen this in earlier versions of Xolox, too.

Minor problem, I know. I've been generally happy with Xolox. Keep up the good work.

I have never herd of this type of error before. It is most likely something specific to your computer (may be generally irriproducable elseware) I do not know if there is anything in particular you can do to fix this.

Not unique, I get it but only intermittently. Win98SE on a PIII
Seems to happen if you coincide the mouse over with a new ad loading. Windows handles it like an open folder and you can quit it using task manager (Ctrl+Alt+Del End task) & it disapears without any obvious effect.

Can't get it happening reliably enough to see what's causing it tho
