1.18 installation erases xlx files
 

Today, 1.12 flashed up a New Version message - but my attempted installation of 1.18 does not work and erased all xlx files on the disk.

So take care.

Q. I installed XoloX, but it freezes at startup or doesn't function properly?
A. If you had a previous version of XoloX installed make sure you un-install it first. Additionally it is recommended that you delete the XoloX registry key if you are having these problems when upgrading from one version to the next.
To do this go to Start > Run > Type in 'regedit' at the prompt and hit return to enter the Windows Registry editor.
Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software and find the 'XoloX' Key. Right click on the XoloX key and 'delete' it. Now re-install.

d'ya know how to resume XLX partial files even AFTER an upgrade from v1.12 to v1.18 ?

I just upgraded 2 seconds ago.

I just ran the installer for the new version...

took like 10 seconds...

when it was done it asked me if I wanted to run it now... i said yes.

it even resummed a bunch of previous jobs !

go figure ???
