Zolox will not start any more Zolox will not start on my system any more. I have the newest version on that computer (1.2). It hangs up and tries to send an error report to Xolox, but locks up even on that! The only way I can get out of the "send error message to Xolox" mode is by turning off the two check marks to "reload" and "proceed". Sorry if I can't remember the right verbage, because I am on another computer that doesn't have the problem. I have tried uninstalling, re-downloading, and reinstalling, but the problem is still there. Thanks! |
Problem is fixed. I followed the suggestion of another post and deleted the "keys". That solved the problem. Thanks! |
Great ! Also know that wiping out the 'resume' text file in the XoloX folder is a solution for some startup errors *AFTER* trying the registry fix first without any success. Always try the registry purge first. note : save the resume file text in another folder and replace it afterwards manually to resume your files. By deleting the resumeinfo.txt you will lose all your partial downloads ( unless you save it in another folder or rename it ) See the post by 'theSeeker' that explains you how to fix a corrupted resumefile.txt which WILL cause EaccessVoliations and other start up errors if this was to happen to you. edit of resumefile help: http://www.gnutellaforums.com/showth...&threadid=4207 |
