Arrow Please Help
After i installed Xolox and went to run it i get this problem it says that The Wininet.dll file is linked to missing export Shlwapi.dll:StrCatBuffA
I checked and both of those dll's are in my system folder can anyone help

To start - What operating system?
Have you had issues with any other program which uses TCP/IP [almost everything that uses the net.
