Help to Mexico City problem¡¡¡¡¡¡

Just finish installed the last version (not previous) and recieve all the time this message:

Version: '1.21 build 241'
Error message: 'HMODULE: 4194304 Unhandled exception EConvertError Exception message:''02:06:14 p'' is not a valid time Call stack: '

I also change the time am/pm to AM/PM. I have a Sony Vaio with WXP. What can I do????
