where are my songs? help!
 

not content with never allowing me to connect, xolox has lost my songs! they were all listed but now when i go to transfers they've disapeared!
please sum1 help!
i've shared over 300 songs so there's no problem with uploads; why so downloads?
my searches are proving fruitless too. :mad:

When a song finishes downloading it is automatically removed. Look in the folder that all your files are downloaded to and you will find them :)

thanx for the reply, but i wish that was the case!
the d/l are fairly slow, and i had a heck of a lot of songs queued, and they're definately not downloaded. (i've checked in my glimmer of hope but..sigh,not!)
xolox worked fine for a couple of weeks, then wouldnt connect, then disappeared completely when i got new version, then when it finally returned has lost my queued songs! they were there when it initially came back, xolox suffered an error and the whole lot disappeared from my transfer list - im also finding it hard to connect again.
i dont know anything about firewalls or proxys etc and i dont know what the hell happened but i really want that list back!
any help soooo appreciated.
