Ability To Find Porn Even With Filter Enabled?

Hi there,

Can someone tell me if the ability to find porn even with the filter enabled is being fixed or if it is fixed yet.

I have enclosed a screenshot of both the porn found when I searched for "all" through everything as well as my Searching tab in Preferences.
