100% CPU Usage

I am running xolox and the cpu usage runs at %100 for about 5 minutes.

Then it begins to drop and fluctuate from about 1% all the way up to 65%.

After a period of time, it slowly makes it's way back up to %100.

I am not running any other programs and the only "services" that are added are:

IIS
norton 2k2 av

i am running xolox 1.22 build 263
1.4 Athlon
256 pc2100
comcast
win2k sr2
