xolox download file
 

I have two exact download files with all the same subfolders and downloaded files when I click the files icon while in Xolox. There is only one when looking at Xolox with windows explorer. Is this normal?

That is caused by adding your "downloads" folder to your list of shared folders. That folder is automatically shared, and if you add it to the list of folders it will be listed a second time. (the first instance of sharing is invisable)
