Support: General General support discussions and announcements. XoloX has been discontinued. We highly recommend you use an actively developed client instead. |

![]() It means that all the hosts that Xolox has found are unusable at the moment. (disconnected from the network, firewall issues, etc.) You must wait until Xolox finds additional hosts. Depending on the file it may take a long time. Note: this is Gnutell network thing, Xolox is not going to be very much worse that other clients. |

![]() The same thing always happens to me. I will enter a search for a song that I think should be pretty common. A bunch of them will show up in the search. I will click on several versions of the song just to make sure I get one, and then nothing. I have left my computer completely alone for 2 days to see if it would eventually download, and it does not. A few of them will partially download, but I would say that I probably only get about 1 out of every 25 songs I try to download. Is there something that I am doing wrong? Because this is getting very frustrating. I really like the setup of Xolox, but I am about to give up on it. |

![]() Perhaps you're behind a firewall or router (NAT) and need to setup some of the advanced options for forcing IP/Port.. Some universities make it pretty much impossible for any gnutella client to work correctly also. |
