Disappearing Files
 

I've just installed XoloX 1.41.
I can search and download (basically do everything) BUT.

Having downloaded several different files to 100% and 'finish' I find I cannot locate them. I have looked in the defualt 'download' folder and have used the machine's 'search' facility without success.

So why have the files (some took hours to download) gone awol.

Perhaps the files did not pass the hash test.

Thank you for your reply. Having used the programme substantially more now I think the 'hash' failure must be the most logical answer. I had not come across this before.

If a file fails the 'hash' is it removed permanently from the Gnutella system as I cannot find the originals in the search area either.
