Improved download speeds and search results!
 

I've noticed since downloading 1.5, build 740, that just by opening Netscape causes my download speeds to sometimes more than double. But if you surf to a site that has a busy screen, it'll slow down. Try to surf to sites that don't have alot of movement or cookies attached. After a while, no matter where you go, xolox will start to slow down anyway. Close your browser, and speeds go up again for a few minutes. When you see things slowing down again, reopen the browser and repeat. This also works when I tell my mail program to download new messages. Further, if I'm not getting any search results, I open the browser , look at a simple page or two, and when I go back to xolox, I have search results! I'm using a dial-up connection, so this probably has some bearing on this phenomenon. I also post this as a possible hint to the folks at xolox to help improve the product.

A better way to get improved results
 

The new version(1.56) solves ALL the problems I had seen. Currently getting 9 peers, and search results are flying in so fast, my connection(cable modem) feels a bit sluggish. This release fixes the connection to Limewire issue that was causing problems for the past few weeks as well.

Great job Xolox development team!
