Please help me.

I'm really new at this.
Don't even know if I will be able to find the help answer.
But please! I really need to know how to fix this
problem.
"PestPatrol" told me some needed components of
LimeWire was spyware and I guess I messed it up.

Now I can't install it again.
I get the following problem....
"Error - 1605
This action is only valid for products that are currently
installed."

Can anyone help me?
