Lack of performance downloading
 

I've tried for three days now to accomplish something with this software to no avail. Only briefly did a file start to download only to stop after 8% completed. I've searched the forums & found numerous people with the same complaint & the advice was useless.

As soon as I can slowly exit from this window, I will be uninstalling this product.
