Crash when reducing upload speed

If I reduce the upload speed while there are active downloads I get a blue screen.

If the new upload speed is less than (#Active+#attempting)/3 xolox always crashes.

I get a similar crash if I start a download in xolox, waits 15 minutes (xolox maximizes the upload speed), then move the mouse (xolox changes the upload speed to normal)-> Blue screen.

A minor point:
Xolox always maximizes the upload speed after 15 minutes idle time regardless of the state of the checkbox that should control this.

I use Xolox 1.11 and Windows 95B
