Default Can't connect

When I start XoloX it says it can't start listening on port 6346 (I think that's what it was) I am behind a Linux firewall using port forwarding. I tried the following line but it didn't seem to work. Someone Please help!

ipmasqadm portfw -a -P tcp -L XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX 6346 -R 192.168.0.2 6346
