I cant find the XOLOX directory to place the download in. Can anyone walk me trough it. Thanks

By default XoloX is installed in c:\program files\XoloX and the download directory is c:\program files\XoloX\downloads

You can tell if either of these have been changed by going to the 'Tools' menu, selecing 'Preferences' then going to the 'Downloads' tab. Here you will find your settings for the /downloads and /temp directories. (they should never be the same, and /temp should never be set to be a sub-directory of /downloads)

Thanks for the reply. But I'm confused with what you are saying. So what do I do when I download the attachment
