cant connect...how do i
 

im having the same problem a lot of people seem to be having and getting the message "connection error would u like to reset proxy settings..." and i read the post from pasman but how do i send the dowload to my xolox directory? after i download it it just shows the text on a search page and i dont know what to do with it, ive downloaded it like 3 times..someone help please

just save the hostfile to your desktop then cut and paste it to your Xolox directory ( usually program files\xolox ).
You will need to say replace when it detects the old one.

i dont know if im retarded or what but i cant seem to figure out how to send the hostlist to my xolox directory, u said to save it to my desktop but how do i do that....? if i right click, saving it is not an option... thanks for the help though please reply soon

Hiya,
the easiest way i can see for you to do this is to go to the posting by Pasman ( on the support board), move down to the attachment, right click, save target as (put this on desktop) and away you go.

dont worry about seeming thick - nobody knows everything !
