File Downloads

I have no problem downloading files, but I cant seem to access the files after download.

I have changed the file directory for the downloads to be saved in, and although I have dowloaded many files now, they just dont appear to be anywhere on my computer!

Can anyone help?

morning Hazel,
I suggest you change the location back to c:\program files\xolox\downloads as this is the default that xolox shares,
have you tried doing a search for *.avi etc or by date.
Hopefully they have not dropped into a black hole

If you click the "Files" button, all of your downloads will be visible. If you go to the 'Tools' menu and check "My shares vsible" you will see your downloads as well as any other shared files you have, along with where they are located on your computer.

XoloX has no problem dsplaying files in a non-default download folder for me. So you should be able to find all your recent downloads with Explorer by navigating to the folder described in the Downloads tab of the "Tools -> Preferences" menu.
