Default Segmented concurrent?auto-resume d/l

I'd like to make sure of something.
Imagine I search for shrek as a video.
I get 2 replies:
shrek.avi
shrek_dvdrip.avi
with both the same exact size in the Size column of XoloX.

If I choose to d/l shrek.avi and I loose the connection on that file, will XoloX try to do the segmented concurrent/auto-resume on shrek_dvdrip.avi if available?

In a word, are 2 files considered the same on their size AND PART of their name (very convenient) or do they have to have the exact same full name AND size?

This would help me understand how XoloX work behid the scenes.
Thank you!

XoloX interpets all files that match your search query that have the same file size as the same file, and will download them as whatever the first result of that file size was when you told it to download.

say there's three files out there:

Shrek.AVI
Shrek (divx).avi
Shrek (divx) 320x240.avi

If you just search for 'shrek', then you will download from any or all of the three. If you search for 'shrek divx' you won't download from anyone that has shrek.avi because the file name doensn't have 'divx' in it.

Ok, so in your example, I'm better off d/l'ing shrek.avi to keep all files with same size and with names equals to shrek*.avi 'open' to me.

(instead of choosing shrek_divx.avi which would prevent me from ever d/l'ing from a shrek.avi source...)

Thx for the explanation!

umm... no. You are better SEARCHING with 'shrek' than 'shrek divx' Select the one with the highest score, the file name listed is just the first one of that size that matches your query.

In my previous example, any of the three file names might show up if you search for 'shrek' depending on who is closer to you on the network.
