Default Dropped segments

Hi,

I have a download that has been running for 3 weeks on a 56k modem connection. I have one job segment of of 387,870Kb - 77% of the total.

The problem I'm having is that each time I hit 100% from the above 'baseline', the job sebsequent segments are dropped and Xolox returns to the 77% 'baseline' segmets.

This has now happened twice. On such a slow connection, I am waiting for days only to have all new job segments dropped and Xolox return to the 77% 'baseline'.

The 'drop and retry incorrect download parts' is obviously checked here and after 10 drops, it will automaticlly enter safe download mode.

What is going on here? Are all thse download segments incorrect as they appear to be? If so, will I be waiting for weeks to get a correct set of segments?

Thanks.

Steve
