Skankin, could you give more information on your problem? E.g. do you have the same problems with any other gnutella client, details about your system?

I'm running XoloX on two Athlon 700, 256 MB RAM, propably I can help.

Did anyone else beside Skankin and Ironwalker had problems with Xolox and WinME?

as i told seeker in user experiance forum...i think it has to be software conflict or one specific driver.

1gig t-bird
512mb ram pc100
40 7200rpm ata/100 hdd
gf3 visiontek
sbl x-gamer
optonline cable
sb4100 modem
acton ethernet card

I can hit the exe and it brings up the opening box with tool tip and freezes, ctrl+alt+del to restart and fine.
I removed program, and thank god i created a restore point before install(as i always do)and restored to before i installed in case it left something in the registry.Id like to know what changes it does to the registry also.
sorry for attitude yesterday....they over hyped the program and it crashed so...

Default yah

i'm on a 1.3 p4 w/ 128 ram. I'm going to upgrade to 256 this weekend and hopefully that'll solve some of my problems. I reinstalled for the 5th time and it seems to be working fine now...

thanks for all your help!

Some user said don't use ZoneAlarm together with XoloX.
Using another packetfilter/firewalling sofwtare might help.

using ME on

k6 266 64 MB EDO
60 GB HDD
512k DSL

Normally can leave it running 24/7 with ZA running as long as I have mem turbo or other mem defragger... otherwise, pooty dies a few seconds after starting xolox [g]
