Win2K Problem Here's the Blue Screen I get Stop: 0x000000D1 (0x00000114,0x00000002,0x00000000,0xBFEBFC2B) Driver_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL ***Address BFEBFC2B base at BFEB6000,DATESTAMP 3ab8bea9-NDIS,sys Begining dump of physical memory This is a PII 550 640MG Ram SoundBlaster pci 128 VooDoo 3D 16 Meg Video LinkSys pci nic win2k pro spII program runs for maybe 3-5 minutes then computer reboots or gives you the above message  |
IRQL_BOT_LESS_THAN_OR_EQUAL means that something tried to have a higher interrupt priority than the kernel. NDIS in the error tells me it's your network adapter. Looks like you need to update your network card drivers or make sure you don't have any weird hardware conflicts. |
Identical issue hear Identical win2k problem hear,, tried updateing my nick drivers.. no good. also hunted for possible hardware conflicts, no such luck either.. any other ideas. win2k spII PIII 1.0 gig 512mb ram liksys lne100tx(v4.1) nic with latest drivers |
ditto to the seeker Aye, as the Seeker said IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL_THAN is almost always a driver problem, as I found in numerous past experiences. I see that you both have NICs from linksys. Perhaps there is an issue with that manufacturers drivers? If possible, try to obtain a different NIC (I"ve had good experiences with most 3Com and Intel) and see if it makes any difference. -3vi1 |
