![]() network communication happens first to advertise. your files will be uploaded almost straight away. sometimes it feels like you have to prove yourself by uploading a certain amount before your fit to download. I find if you have no activity on your terminal your download activity drops to minimal and your uploads maximize whether you select the option or not. ( eg overnight!!! Upoad 3Gig Downnload 300Meg) It is also not the other point changing levels. Activity at your terminal sees rate change to expected levels. Also with completion you will find a lot of files will almost finish but not quite. Still with Xolox you eventually get what you want. |
