Buffer #

What exactly does Buffer mean? I have one file with Buffer 36, does that mean 36 more people have the file, but I'm still trying to connect to them?

It meanse 36 other hosts have the file and XoloX will try them when to download from if the hosts it currently download from fail or are ready.
The number may increase if XoloX finds more hosts automaticly.
