 help with slow transfers? Could someone please tell me why my connection is so slow...especially, when downloading, it's going at 0.1-0.5 kps. I have ethernet connection so I know it shouldn't be that slow. Is there something in the program I need to adjust. I tried to set the upload to max so that my download might be faster but that didn't help either. thanks |
