XoloX close in Win2k yields exception error?

In Windows 2000 (or at least my iteration of Win2k), upon closing XoloX, I get an exception error quite often. Come to think of it... always, actually. I have attached a Dr. Watson Log excerpt for your reading enjoyment, if you so desire. Any ideas would be helpful. Thank you in advance.

P.S. You might not want to open this in IE or Netscape... use notepad instead.
